When placing your order, you can select your destination country from the available list.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

• France (mainland): 3–6 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping is free for certain destinations and for orders above a minimum purchase amount, as shown at checkout.
Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
You can track your package at any time using this link.

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
